You may request a full refund only if work has not yet begun on your project.
2.2 Partial Refund (Project Started but Not Completed)
A partial refund may be provided if:
- Work has started, but a significant portion is still pending
- The refund amount will be calculated based on work completed

If 40% of the work is completed, a refund of the remaining 60% (if prepaid) may be issued.
2.3 No Refund After Project Delivery
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The project has been fully completed and delivered
- You approved drafts, designs, or previews
- Login credentials, files, or final designs have been handed over
- Work has been substantially completed (70% or more)
3. Non-Refundable Items
No refunds will be issued for:
- Domain registration services
- Web hosting fees
- Third-party premium themes or plugins
- Custom-coded functionalities once started
- Urgent or fast-delivery projects
- Monthly maintenance or subscription services (if already started)
These items involve non-recoverable external costs.
4. Cancellation by Client
If you cancel the project:
- You must pay for all work completed up to the date of cancellation
- Remaining unused payments (if any) may be refunded according to section 2
5. Cancellation by OnlineServe24
We reserve the right to cancel a project due to:
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
- Inappropriate or illegal requests
- Non-payment
- Abusive communication
In such cases:
- A partial refund may be issued based on completed work
- If the client violated policies intentionally, no refund may be issued
6. Quality Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the work:
- We provide revisions based on the package purchased
- Dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a refund once work is complete
- We will make reasonable efforts to meet your expectations
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback:
- The project will be immediately paused
- All files and licenses will be revoked
- We will submit project records to the payment provider for review

8. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within:
